The Iron Story via Salad Bypass

"First get a  complete CBC ( Complete Blood Count) test ". Dr. Parihar was looking irritated.

"Is that all ??? I am having chest pain, gastritis trouble  has reached new levels and as I have already mentioned about my short breathing problem and dizziness and nausea .." I was also irritated.

"look madam, first get me the result of blood test and then I will prescribe any medicine or further tests." the Dr. raised his hand and turned his head towards another patient who was waiting at the door of doctor's cabin. 

I came out of the clinic and was still not convinced. How a simple CBC test will solve my problems ?? I scratched my head and a few strands of hair get tangled in fingers and reminded me that hair fall is only one of many troubles I am going through. 

"Your eyes are turning white Bhavana... look at your skin, it seems all the glow and color has been drained out. what is wrong ? are you alright ??" somebody in my office, asked me while glaring at my face.

"umm, don't know . just feeling low and maybe there is something wrong with my hemoglobin."

after two days.

"As I was suspecting,  you are severely anemic. Start this iron capsule and vitamin tablets from today and yes add more greens  in your daily diet."  The Dr. wrote the prescription and  then smiled at me.

" don't worry, it is a very common problem with ladies and all these symptoms are due to your low hemoglobin. hemoglobin is low because there is a serious deficiency of iron in your body. So start eating  green veggies, salad, fruits... Daily !!! (he emphasized).

"that's it ?"

"Iron deficiency is a lifestyle related problem. You might love to stuff your stomach with pizza, brownie, pastas but you don't shower the same love for green veggies and fruits. Do you ??" the doctor asked.

"You are absolutely normal and don't need any further tests but treat this iron deficiency seriously.  Eat healthy iron rich food and don't be careless, low hemoglobin is not a very good health situation."

After this short conversation with doctor, I again started scratching my head. what could be that one possible short cut for the Road to Iron Valley.  something that I can eat everyday and yet it should not be Boring !!!, It should be healthy and full of Iron. 

What about fruits ??? or just a bowl of salad ??? raw cabbage !!!  Spinach soup !!!! Methi ka saag !!! Beetroot juice !!!! .... so many ideas were floating in my fertile and intelligent brain. However, my lazy yet a health conscious soul was asking for a wholesome approach for Iron consumption. 

Eureka !!!! I found my that One Unique Recipe ... that wholesome Goodness of Iron in one dish ...a direct route to the Iron Valley was just a few minutes away. 

Here is my secret recipe to fight Iron deficiency with the powerful weapons of Mother Nature : Mix veggie and Fruit Salad

1. One medium size beetroot

2. One tomato medium size

3. Half Apple chopped in cubes one cup

4. A small bowl full of pomegranate seeds (arils)

5. thinly chopped cabbage one cup ( instructions : wash the cabbage properly and place it in warm water for ten minutes then bring it out and allow it to cool down before chopping. warming cabbage is necessary to remove all micro worms)

6. carrot fingers one cup

7. one cup plum pieces

8. half cup sweet corn

9.  broccoli one cup ( boil  the florets of broccoli  in an open deep pan)

10. one cup sliced cucumber 

For Seasoning :

10. black pepper powder as per taste

11.   Salt as per taste

12.  lemon juice two tea spoons

13. roasted cumin powder half tea spoon

14. freshly grated ginger half tea spoon

15. One tea spoon of desi ghee.

How to Prepare :

1. Boil the beetroot in a presure cooker ( it will take approx. 4-5 whistle to become soft).

2.  peel the outer skin of beetroot with your hands and cut it in to halves. make thin semi round slices of it.

3. cut the tomato in long pieces and dry roast them in a shallow pan for a minute. It will give them a flavor and the lycopene will do it's work in more better ways. in the same pan, roast the broccoli and seat corns with a tea spoon of  desi ghee.

4. Put all veggies and fruits (beetroot, pomegranate seeds, plum cubes, sweat corns, apple cubes, carrot fingers, cabbage, broccoli and tomatoes in a large bowl).

5. sprinkle the salt, black pepper powder,  cumin powder, grated ginger  and lemon juice over it.

6. mix all ingredients properly.  keep them in the bowl covered with the lid for five to seven minutes. allow all the juices and flavors to get mix with each other.  you will see that the beetroot juice is giving a rich pink color to all ingredients. 

7.  your iron rich ready to eat salad is all set to work on your exhausted body.

This Salad Bowl  is sufficient for three people

Note : you may replace sweet corn with green beans or any other veggie/fruits. sweet corn are full of natural sugar therefore, it could be a good substitute for satiating the sugar craving. 

I chose this simple and not so fancy dish because salad is one of the those food items that we can eat daily either in lunch, brunch, mid day snack or even for breakfast. It  doesn't need much time or extra efforts to prepare this salad so it is a quick fix meal for working women. The veggies ( broccoli, cabbage and beetroot itself does not have any specific taste, so using the fruits like pomegranate and apple etc, gives it a flavour )

one may say there are too many ingredients in this salad and the quantity is too much for a salad dish, but remember that raw veggies and fruits are full of water and fiber; therefore, they are easy to digest and does not bloat your stomach and keep the digestion intact.

I added this salad in my daily diet for one year and now my hemoglobin is stable and yes no more breathlessness and such troubles.

An extra tip... keep yourself stress free, stay active and add some light exercises in your daily routine. A proper iron rich healthy diet along with healthy habits are the Road to Iron Valley . See you There Soon !!!!

cover the bowl and keep it for five to seven minutes

Diary : A Life Within

"A Journal for Creative Woman who uses the Diary to Write Her Dreams and escapes to a Different Place." 

So, Here I am back again in blog sphere. The last time when I wrote for a contest was MatrikaS  Scribble You Heart Away Campaign Part 1 and yet again it is MatrikaS that brought me back here.  A mere thought of holding and possessing those elegant diaries was so tempting that I couldn't resist. The Vivekananad Journal which I received the last time is now accompanying me as my personal diary.  Diary is the place from where I started writing and since I stopped blogging, diaries are my only companion for writing. Last time I show cased all my Old Diaries in my blog post for Scribble Your Heart Away Contest Part 1.

                                 


The beautiful Feather journal I received this time from MatrikaS, is an excellent symbol of womanhood and feminism. This journal is a part of their new special collection called, "The Creative Woman's Journal". This collection contains four types of exterior cover designs namely, Butterfly( Hot Pink color cover), Dragon Fly( Chocolate Brown), Feather (Red Hot) and Fish (Royal Blue). Each one represents a unique shade of Creativity and Energy of the human beings; Feather to Write, Butterfly to Dream, Dragon fly to Fly and the Fish to Hide. Before elaborating the features of this elegant journal I would like to share an enticing VIDEO of this collection with you,it will give you an inside look of these super cool fabulous journals. More, so I loved this Red feather diary because of the word WRITE, it seems The team MatrikaS knew that how much I needed some inspiration to restart writing. 

A dazzling  golden feather is printed on  the red background. The word "Write" is printed in an artistic way at the up right side of the feather and tiny golden dots are enhancing the beauty of the background.  The whole look resembles the image of a lady and to be specific an Indian Lady because in India, the color red is always symbolized with love, passion, vibrancy, joy and sacrifice. The cover page looks like a lady wrapped up in a red garment. 

 When we turn the pages of the diary, we understand why it is called Creative Women Journal. The plushy, chic sketches of butterflies, leaves, flowers and other intricate designs those represents the versatility and beauty of  nature and of course a Lady, those lovely floral designs and that eye catching Tree design in the beginning of the diary... how could you ignore that tree of life !!!! One can fill vibrate colors in those sketches and make the monochrome interior of pages poly chrome and  brighter. 

The plain white sheets scattered here and there in the diary with a heading "Scribble Your Heart Away" provides ample space for the artist that reside inside every one of us. You can writes quotes, create designs and make doodles here; this is our ME space. These pages can work as a  partition among various sections of diary; say you want to divide the diary for poems, prose, quotations, scheduled tasks then this type of blank pages could be of lot use. Now it is up to you how to utilize those pages. In fact the word "Date" is also printed in artistic  font that makes this diary even more special and feminine. 

This lovely journal has some more unique features; it takes you to the limits of your imagination.... Last four pages contains sets of stickers that can easily describe any mood, secret wish list, to do list and what not....It is a Rainy day so here is a sticker for that, an idea struck your mind, the best day of your life, you achieved something, This shall also pass.... The list is endless and so your moods and wishes ...

 Decor your workplace, notebooks, walls, dressing table mirror, work desk or any other surface with these stickers and express your mood with out saying even a single word.!!!! The beauty of these stickers is that they are not just in text form but also in image form as well as. An idea bulb, an owl, a bucket list, a ship , a radio, a blank conversation box...oh my my !!!!

Diwali : A Season of Happy Hours

Diwali is not just a festival, but, it is more like a phenomenon; An event that takes place once in a year and for those Five Days of Festival, we start preparations around a month ago or sometimes 2-3 months ago. It is the only time of the year when people seriously think about cleaning their house thoroughly, be it throwing out the garbage which was stored all the year so we can get the “Best Price” from raddiwala. From painting of house, renovations, buying new furniture or jewelry, buying silver coins as a ritual, getting new clothes so we can wear them on the very day of Diwali, home decorations and what not; for everything Diwali is the Right and Best Time. Oh wait, seems I forgot something very important and that is Mithai, Diwali ki Mithai !!!!, Pataakhe !!! and Clay Diyas… mithai, pataakhe and diye complete our picture of Diwali and its festivity.  This is the ideal way We The Great Indians like to celebrate this sparkling festival of Diwali.

And the same goes with my family as well as, we are three members in my family, me and my parents. Safai Abhiyaan for our big home that starts at least a month ago and never get finished even the day before Diwali and still there would be some parts of home remained not cleaned or say Untouched (A big crime in my mom’s dictionary). My father’s scooter becomes Raddi carrying vehicle for few days and it visits Kabadi walah every week to sell old newspapers, magazines, broken household items and other scrap. Though, let me be honest, this year we have not done any  Safai or cleaning of house due to my mother’s illness, it has been a month or so since we are running between home and hospitals, she was hospitalized for BP fluctuation and now by the gods grace she is at home; therefore, no time for cleaning, etc., but hey it’s Diwali and  it should be special. So what if we didn't get time for cleaning, there are many other things to do and to be taken care of. So here is my Diwali Plan for this year…

My favorite part of  the festival is … obviously, Shopping !!! no, not the cloths, etc., but the household items, especially ethnic home decorations. For example, last year I bought multicolored fancy lights for exterior wall decoration, before last year there were cook-ware and this year I have ordered non stick cook-ware and a wristwatch for papa from Flipkart, hopefully will get all those items on time.  

For home decoration, here is my pick for the festival, an elegant wall hanging of Ganesh ji, a framed wooden painting made by me, clam-shell made tassels and small beads made chandelier for corners.

And to fulfill the tradition of buying some sort of Sona-Chandi on Diwali,  I have a gold ring  for me which was purchased couple of months ago but, I would like to include it in Diwali shopping because now we might not be able to buy any gold silver item on Dhanteras.

However, as I already mentioned in first para, Diwali is incomplete without Typical Diwali ki Ghar Par Bani Mithai, so here I am... the Guziya-Mathri expert and Mummy's  Daal and Moongfali Chikki;  typical Sindhi delicacy for Diwali. These yummy groundnut and jaggery chikkis  are our must preparations for Diwali because we have to keep them in Laxmi Poojan for Bhog.  There are three types of chikkis  that we usually make at home; roasted groundnut chikki, roasted gram dal chikki and murmura chikki. They can be prepared with jaggery or with sugar as well as. However, the jaggery chikkis  are more popular than their sugar counterparts because jaggery has its own different sweetness which you can’t get with sugar. The tradition behind using Gur for  Diwali sweets, indicates towards the weather change; transition form summers to winters and so thus our body needs warm ingredients in daily diet.  Preparing these Gur wali Chikkis is a tough task, only the Experts (read Mothers and Grandmothers) can make them.

First you have to melt the gur in a deep thick bottom pan with the right quantity of water, neither less nor more. When the gur gets melt and appears like a shining brown sauce then add roasted garm daal/ roasted groundnuts/murmuras into  it and cook for a couple of minutes, mix it well and then quickly brings it out on a flat surface which should be pre greased. Then, roll the chikki mix  out in round shape and keep it aside (on a muslin cloth) for drying/cooling for sometime. After cooling it will become like a crunchy sweet snack, one can add cardamom powder or finely chopped dry-fruits to  enhance the taste and appearance, but in our house we don’t add any such things; simple, basic recipe of chikki.  This year mom will not prepare it, she will give the instructions and I will try my best to create the magic of “Mummy ke Hath ki Chikki”. (yummy in my tummy)

Diwali Poojan or say Laxmi Poojan is a time when I am the most needed person in my home... Why ?? Because it's me who have to tell the Gajlaxmi Katha ( yes I am an expert story-teller). After katha, mom will perform the Aarti and I will recite the shloks. Oh, are you asking, what is this GajLaxmi Katha, then google it, this inspiring story tells us the importance of “Karma” and “Hard work” in our life rather than being depend on “Bhagya”.

So, now when we are done with Pooja, its time for enjoying sweets and cracking the air crackers, anar, fuljhadis and sky shots, another favourite part of festival for me. However, this time I am not going to burn any crackers this time, no no, it has nothing to do with green and clean campaign, but with the cost of patakhas .. Pataakhe ab bahut jyada mahange ho gaye hain naa !!! (sadly smile)

After Diwali, Rama Shama is waiting, I will visit my friends and relative's place; they will also come to our home and we will see .. Kisne Kya Khareeda and kiske ghar kounsi mithaai thi ?? (wink wink). We will do all the gossips along with steaming tea sips, snacks and further enrich each other’s knowledge regarding Diwali shopping offers, bargains and kahaan sasta tha aur kahaan mahnga tha and obviously each one of has got the Best Shopping Deal of festive season.

Beautiful Borosil, Beautiful Food

Food is our common ground, a universal experience.

How true.. isn't it.. and what could be more universal than the street food !!!!!!!! .. Oh yes..those vendors standing at the corners of a busy market  or at the footpath of a heavy traffic road.. They are well capable to catch our attention. Let the very first bite of "Chaat"  reach into our small mouth and we will start swimming into the ocean of tangy and spicy juices, catching the pearls of sweat and crunchy textures. So let's prepare some street food at home. Moreover, the street food gives you a freedom about recipe, ingredients, etc. in the words of Julia Child "You Learn to Cook so that you don't have to be a Slave to Recipes. You get what's in Season and you know what to do with it." 

For the feast of your eyes, the Gorgeous Royal Dahivada, covered under the layers of creamy yogurt, Mint and Tamrind chatni.  The small floret of fresh green coriander is adding the crown jewel to this dish.  I arranged this colorful dish in the Bake and Serve Deep Rectangle Dish of Borosil, so it can flaunt with all the brightness and boldness that it has got.

No chaat is complete without our King of Kitchen, The Potato.. So I prepared this Aloo Tikki Chaat and added all those trinkets which I found either in fridge or in snack boxes.. anardana, mathri, rings of beetroot, bhujiya and that white flakes .. did you recognize them??. they are freshly grated coconut strands. The Chaat is served in a Round Casserole, so all the colros and ingredients can get some space to showcase their individual beauty. To accompany the Chaat and to make your teeth exercise, I have fried some colorful and crispy-crunchy saboodana snacks and put them into the Baby Gourmet Bowls

Ok, enough of  Chaat, let's have some healthy food with these Crispy Brwony Egg Bread Rolls, served in the lid of Round Casserol..

Oh, I forgot to tell you that I have a big sweet tooth and to satisfy that hungry tooth, I prepared Coconut Laddoos and served them in a Square Dish, this dish has an elegant plastic lid too but I haven't used it in this picture. What.. are you surprised to see laddoos instead of any icecream, cookies, pastries etc.  as they would have been the better companion for this street food treat .. well, you forgetting that my sweet tooth is Shuddh Hindustani and I want some Mithai to feed myself .. so here we go with the soft laddos and those watermelon shape mawa barfis.

The Borosil Experience

What is the difference between the fragrance of  rain and the aroma of the food being cooked in the kitchen ? Have you ever touched the morning dew on a rose petal, doesn't it's beauty reminds you something? Have you ever tasted those small pearly rain drops that  are resting on the velvety skin of flowers, doesn't they remind the divine world of flavours ? You might be thinking, what am I talking about .. well this quote will answer this puzzle "There is no Sincere Love than the Love of Food" . 

The fragrance of rain awakens our soul and the aroma of food start tickling our taste buds much before it reaches to our mouth. The touch of morning dew is so tender and cool that for a moment it forces us to forget all the harshness of life. The same goes with the food, a delicious meal served in a nice manner is capable enough to not just satiate our hunger pangs but can calm our tensed mind and soothes the tired brain as well as. Those round transparent pearls of rain, tastes heavenly and teach us that this world is full of various flavours and the simplest preparations make the tastiest meal. So, let's not waste time anymore and start our journey of Beautiful Food with Beautiful Borosil.

 I scratched my head for hours to decide about the dishes that I have to showcase in 2nd round and after a lot of  scratching, thinking and plucking a few hair strand, I made  my decision. Simple Dishes Nothing Fancy Yet Mouth Watering.

I started with morning breakfast; being a typical Sindhi the only thing came into my mind for the breakfast was the traditional Sindhi cuisine, Daal Pakwan. I remember, in my childhood, how daal pakwan was the only loved breakfast for a lazy Sunday. However, to give a little twist to this traditional Sindhi dish, I teamed it

 up with Coconut chatni and MInt chatni. I also prepared the Spinach Paranthas and Masala Paneer in garlic-onion gravy. Paneer is served in Baby Gourmet Bowl.  I chose the Lid of a Round Casserol from the Essential Combination Set to serve the Pakwans and Paranthas and for the chatnis I used the lids of Baby Gourmet Bowl Set

So Now we had our breakfast and that too a heavy one. So whats next .. how about  kuchh meetha ho jaaye ??  So here is the another twist .. A splash of bright colors... A Glamours Dessert .. The Vanilla Custard Pudding... made with a regular plain vanilla cake, vanilla flavoured custard powder and layers of strawberry jelly and fruits.. I used the liquid form of jelly to create patterns with the yellow color of custard, decorated it with a slice of red cherry, slices of apple, mango and crumbs of Oreo Biscuits.. I chose the Round Casserole from the  Essential Combination Set for this frozen dish and Oh My !!!! the pictures are saying a lot .. the sumptuous designs by strawberry jelly... and the luscious invitation from the top layer of custard pudding.. so what you waiting for .. ..  a formal invitation ???

So now you would have understood what I was talking about in the first para of this post.. As I read somewhere, "You Don't need a Silver Fork to eat the Good Food" ... It's our imagination and a little extra efforts that can turn the simple dishes into the most beautiful and yummiest food, especially when you have the sparkling Borosil glasswares in your kitchen. Those are the simple dishes I have made, but theri simplicity has been transformed into elegance and style when they are served in Borosil Glasswares.

Prologue

( The UNO and a few other Nations are working on a secret project called "The Universe",  a project that will explore the various dimensions of our Universe; believing that there are many other parallel worlds and people living across the different time, space and dimensions. A small yet a special team of two people, one man and a woman;a soldier and a scientist respectively, has been formed to take this project further. At the initial level, a four-week pilot project is about to launch.) 

 "Your bag contains everything that you would be needing in your journey. Now come with me, our team has designed a special thing for both of you." The Project head Mr. Andrew Smithson took them to the laboratory. Curiosity and Anxiousness was in the atmosphere.

"Here it is, open it." Mr. Andrew gave them two boxes.

"This is a phone, a mobile phone.!!!" She, Rosemina exclaimed.

"Not just any ordinary phone. first of all it is ASUS ZEN Phone 6 with the Intel Atom Multi-Core processor with hyper threading technology. It has PixelMaster technology, Gorila Glass damage resistance, SonicMaster technology along with Incredible Touch Responsive features that enables the user to use the phone even with gloves as well as.'

"So How it is useful in our mission ?"  Daniel was confused.

"Well, we have made some modifications in the phone and created some apps to make your journey easy. Let me introduce you with them." Mr. Andrews winked at them while taking the phone form Daniel's hand. 

"See, first of all, you must need to know that these are not just normal phones but SUPER PHONES. yes, Phone with Super Powers. These powers are both scientific and para-human as well as and to manage all those powers in one small devise we needed a powerful core processor like INTEL. This Phone is your lifeline in those unknown worlds". with these words, he made a geometrical pattern on touch screen and the screen got unlocked. 

"This phone is designed to find and locate the Dimension Portals that exist between the worlds and interlinks them. The SonicMaster technique was modified for this purpose to identify the hyper-ultra- sonic sound waves created by those portals. The 13MP PixelMaster camera is not just for  shooting HD videos and capturing high resolution bright photographs, but it can also recognize the difference between an enemy and a friend. Just focus the camera on that person and press this small hash tag button, you will see either red or blue aura around the person; red is for enemies and blue indicates towards friendly people." Mr. Andrews explained while displaying different app icons.

"This camera can also create temporary illusions on the surface by projecting different scenarios streamed via cloud space; e.g. scene of a garden in the middle of a desert, snow fall, sea shores, cozy homes, etc. This feature can buy you enough time to escape from a trouble or to divert your enemy's mind. There is one more sensitive feature we have added with camera, but you need to use it carefully, the Brain Cam App can read the brain waves of any living being and will provide you an image of thoughts/emotions." 

"Here are some another important features we have added to this phone but to access those apps and features which will stay as hidden buttons in normal situation, you need to unlock the screen with this specific code." he spoke while making another geometrical pattern on the screen. 

"Press this red button and a laser beam will emerge to destroy the enemy; press it twice and the laser beam will convert into a sharp laser saber to kill the enemies which are nearer to you. The phone can also teleport you to a desired location; use this app named teleport and type the name of that location and press the set of three buttons that will appear on the screen and you will reach there in few seconds." 

"What if we both get caught in a big trouble and can't escape ?" Rosemina asked.

"In that case, I am sorry to say, most of the time you are at your own, but we can still send you help if the phone is in your hand then just give us a call or text us, our numbers are stored in the phone book. YESSS, This incredible Phone can communicate between the Worlds, no matter wherever you are, in whichever dimension; don't forget to call us at every 3 hours and update us with your progress and all type of developments. After all, the primary facility of a phone is to make calls and to receive calls so how our Zen Phone 6 would be deprived of it." Mr. Andrews gave them a broad smile. 

"what help we will get?"

"A rescue team will be sent to bring you back to home. We will identify your location with the help of this Master Sonic Sound computer." 

"And what about the battery of phone.. where is the charger?" Daniel was still doubtful.

"Sun is your charger, these phones are solar powered so they get charge automatically as far as they are under sunlight. And Sun is everywhere". Andrews has the answer for every question.

"And don't forget the first and foremost aim of our mission, we want to explore those dimensions, we have to make friends and alleys in different worlds so when in future after few centuries, the Earth will not be  habitable anymore, we could shift our people to those worlds. 

After few hours, they were ready to start the Journey To The Different Worlds. A dimension portal was already found by the project team, it was located at an isolated island of South Pacific Ocean. 

 First WEEK

They found themselves in the middle of a jungle.

"Which place is this.. looking very much like Earth." Rosemina said.

"Who are you? Never saw you before." A voice came. Rosemina and Daniel looked around but couldn't find anyone.

"I am asking to you.. who are you?" this time the voice was quite loud. They both got alert and held the phone tightly. Suddenly, Daniel felt a tap on his shoulder, it was a tree branch.

"it's me behind you.. who are you.. what are you looking for..?"

So it was a tree...a Talking Tree!!!!!!!!

In next couple of days, they were told a lot things about that strange land and all those information was given by the unique creatures (half human half animal) of that land which they called "Eartha" the Parallel Earth. 

"This place reminds me about Narnia series films..the camera app is showing only blue aura around every living being. Just like the movie, these creatures has developed such an amazing civilization here, If I would have not seen all this with my own eyes, I would have never believed it. " Rosemina was mesmerized by the this marvel of nature.

"I agree, I don't think that we humans should disturb the balance and peace of their lives. Let's go to another dimension." Daniel switched on the portal search app and soon they found one.

They reached to a desolated place... they roamed around the region for next few days and found the ruins of an unknown civilization; dilapidated building structures, dead corpses, rusted and broken machines and no signs of living beings anywhere. It seemed like a catastrophe was occurred to this place.

Second Week

Rosemina and Daniel traveled to various dimensions; a land of barbarian humans, living in stone age.. A perfect place for the future habitation of Earth People.... then to a land of Gods, yes GODS, they too live in some dimension, call it heaven or something else. However, those were actually human gods who left the Earth in ancient times after acquiring super human power through various spiritual practices, they created a heavenly abode for themselves and ordinary humans were not allowed to that place. Rosemina took the images of their brains through Brain Cam app and streamed it to the Earth headquarter. After that they went to a dimension of shadows.. yes the shadows of past times, shadows of the events that took place on earth and now there reflection was trapped in a parallel time and space.

Third and Forth Week

In these two weeks they used every single super power of their Zenphones. From using laser beams/saber to kill the hostile giant creatures, to creating photographic illusion from escaping the furious aliens. The Zenphone did not disappoint them. The teleportation app helped them to cover the distance of surface and time gap between the dimensions. The tracker app in Zenphone was keeping a record all their activities and was streaming it to the headquarter. They explored  the most beautiful worlds in the universe and also saw the most horrible places as well as. 

Finally, it was time to go back home.

Epilogue

( The experiment was a big success, it opened the doors of unknown worlds for humans and UNO decided to continue the project for constant monitoring of those newly discovered terrains. Of course, Rosemina and Daniel both were now the national hero/heroine.)
